Here at the Gritiron Gym our main focus is the true character of ones self being. Everyone is born with varying levels of GRIT; we either learn to build it into a internal powerhouse or we let it fade away without ever using its full potential. The question you might be asking is.....
What is GRIT?
In defenition  GRIT is a positive, non-cognitive trait based on an individual's perseverance of effort combined with the passion for a particular long-term goal or end state (a powerful motivation to achieve an objective). This perseverance of effort promotes the overcoming of obstacles or challenges that lie on the path to accomplishment and serves as a driving force in achievement realization. 
In short GRIT is the undying fire deep inside of us to never give up no matter how much everything says to quit!
